Trevor Sorbie The Bridal Hair Book

The book will contain 15 bridal looks and illustrate them in 6 step-by step photographic sequences. The key theme of the book is modern weddings: not all girls get married in white or have long-hair or are European - yet almost all bridal features in magazines and existing books (including ours) feature white girls in traditional white. This book will feature short hair as well as long, black, white and Asian women and a range of styles from a new version of a traditional long hair up, through to short hair, hair extensions, dread-locks/twiglets, and wefts. It will look edgy and modern, but will be about commercial hair, looks you can sell in salon. All the looks will be cross-referenced to a glossary of accessory items.
