Gun Town Marshal

„I'm the faster gun in the West,” Guthrie boasted. Certainly, he was incredibly fast. He needed to be for he led a gang of outlaws who took over whole towns in Arizona, looting ang killing. One day that gang rode into the peaceful little town of Gloryrise. The law was powerless to resist them. Gloryrise soon lay at their mercy. But, as he lay wounded, the town marshal said to his son Shaun: „There's one man who draws a gun faster than Guthrie... one man who can lead our people against him! He's a trail scout and folks call him Catsfoot... fetch him... fetch Catsfoot...” This junior Western is told against the authentic background of ravaged Arizona in the years immediately after the Civil War. It grips from the firs page and the action never flags. Children will find a new hero in Catsfoot – and so will many adults.
