Searching for Relevance Development of Work Orientation

Intended to improve the understanding of the roles that schools play in orientating pupils to working life, this text looks at evidence of experience with different approaches to work orientation and the lessons that can be learned from these. It discusses the merits, implications and possible constraints, and provides some guidelines for policy development and for the planning and implementation of such programmes.
