Dr. Malcolm J Abzug, an aeronautical consultant based in the Los Angeles area, holds a B.S. degree from MIT, and an M.S. and Ph.D. from UCLA. Formerly, an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, he also held the post of chief engineer in advance flight mechanics for Douglas Aircraft's Missiles and Space Systems Division.
