Artists World Bio-Biblio v 3 Index A-Z (Englisch)

All the ten volumes contain 538,600 main entries and 233,900 references. This edition offers a preview of the AKL (from A-Z). All names use the appropriate AKL norm. Thus, this complete index amounts to a register of norms for libraries. All entries on artists not included in the AKL on the publication of the Bio-bibliographical Index, (from the letter D) receive at least one bibliographical reference to an article providing further information, in addition to information on dates of birth and death, place of birth and death and occupations. As a basis for this AKL complete index over 200 works were used, many of which consisted of several volumes.
