Hadrian Memorandum

Oil field management company AG Striker has found an ocean of oil off Equatorial Guinea's coast. They hold a lease for the area with the government of Equatorial Guinea, but the corrupt dictorial regime is preventing them from obtaining permanent control. Enlisting the CIA and private military company Hadrian, Striker plans to overthrow the dictatorship and replace it with a puppet government. Now it's up to a brave few to strive to uncover the truth behind what's going on, including exile and former LAPD homicide detective Nicholas Marten and John Henry Harris, the President of the United States.
