The concept of law presented in this study is based on the so-called axioventism – holistic philosophy. The axioeventistic ontology makes four assumptions; it can be said that these are axioms, accepted without methodical justification: (1) The ontic universe (natural, psychic, social and intelligible reality) is constituted by informational (information), eventistic (events), temporal (time) and axiocreative (values) interactions. (2) Every fragment of the ontic universe exists as a relatively isolated system. (3) The ontic universe is proliferating towards integration (positive) or disintegration (negative) – the principle of proliferation. (4) The ontic universe is by its very nature dynamic and dual: integration (order) or disintegration (chaos).
